About the Official State Portal of Assam

The Unified State Portal of the Government of Assam is a one stop access point for the Government to Citizen (G2C) and Government to Business (G2B) transactions. The Portal aims to provide specific information regarding the various online and offline services,benefits and schemes provided by the various Departments under the Government of Assam.

What are the different services provided through this Portal?

The Services provided through this Portal include eServices which are quintessentially the Online Services offered by the various Departments under the Government of Assam. Know the Status facility is available for the Citizens to track Application Status for the Services applied under eServices. The Guide to Services section highlights the various benefits and services available for the Senior Citizens, Differently-abled, Job Seekers, Students and Farmers. 
 

Can I avail all online services offered by Government of Assam through this portal?

Most of the Online Services offered by Government of Assam can be accessed from this portal. Please refer to the eServices section for more details.
 

I have applied for eServices provided by the Government of Assam, can I track the status of my application?

Yes, you can track the status of your Application in the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Assam and eDistrict Assam websites using theApplication Number or the Unique Identification Number (UIN) shared with you at the time of submission of your application.  
 

While accessing a Page, I am redirected to an External Website, is it safe?

Yes, it is absolutely safe as you are only redirected to Secured Websites for availing the said service. 
 

Can I view the Portal in any other language?

Yes, as of now you can view the Content of the Pages in English and Assamese languages. Soon the content will also be available in Hindi, Bengali and Bodo. To set your preferred Language select from Language name available at the Header of the Portal. 

How can share my Feedbacks regarding this portal?

Where can I lodge a Grievance?

To lodge a Grievance, click on CPGRAMS in the Homepage and you will be redirected to the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) website which is an online web-enabled system to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on the portal through the system generated unique registration number.
