Overview:

Request of Lost & found Property is for reporting of lost article and items by citizen to Assam Police. To avail the service, Citizen has to log in to the Portal. If the Citizen is new to the Portal, he has to register with the Portal which is a one-time activity.

Overview:

As part of the 100-day Action Plan of the Government, the Secretariat Administration Department in collaboration with NIC, Assam State Unit, has developed a comprehensive e-Pass System for Assam Secretariat. After the introduction of this system, the manual system of issuance of visitor's entry pass, car pass (temporary & permanent) and special entry pass were made online.

Amendment/modification for seed/godown/office address etc

Who should apply?
Any person wanting to amendment or any modification or seed or change the address of its office/go-down of its entity shall apply.
Documents Required:
A copy of Court Affidavit for address change
Timeline:
30 Working Days, in case documents submitted are correct in all respect.
Fees and Payments:
Rs.100/- amendments fees in the Head of 0401-Crop Husbandry-105-Sale of Manures & Fertilizers

Changing the address of Plant Protection Chemicals office/ go-down of the firm

Who should apply?
Any entrepreneur deals in Plant Protection Chemicals, intends to change in their address of Godown /Office shall have to apply for this service.

30 (Working) days incase documents are submitted are correct in all respect

Nomination of the Director by the Company under Sub- Section (2) of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009

Who should apply?

Every Company or business entity which has nominated any person as its director or in charge of the business, branch or unit thereof shall make application for nomination of the director.

Documents Required:

Written consent of the Nominated Person (Director)
Certified copy of the resolution passed in the meeting of the Board of Directors for nominating a Person (Director)

Timeline:

Appeal against an order of a Legal Metrology Officer/ Controller of Legal Metrology (Form-4)

Who should apply?

Any Citizen who have complained to the Department regarding any violation of Legal Metrology Laws observed in any trade or commerce can file an application for appeal against an order of a legal Metrology Officer/ Controller of Legal Metrology.
